Itinerary
At you arrival at Kigali International airport, welcome by our team of guides outside the airport and transfer to Hotel in Kigali. Dinner and overnight at Hotel. Accommodation Options:

Breakfast, transfer to Musanze in the North of Rwanda, en route we visit RedRock. Red Rock Rwanda is a non-profit organization based in Rwanda, dedicated to supporting local communities through educational programs, youth development, and environmental initiatives. The organization focuses on empowering youth, promoting sustainable development, and fostering social responsibility in rural areas. One of their key projects is aimed at teaching young people valuable skills, including vocational training, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Local lunch is included at RedRock, continue to Musanze. Dinner and overnight at Lodge. Accommodation Options:

After an early morning breakfast, we go for gorilla trekking, starting with the briefing from the rangers at 0800 hours. It is necessary to take packed lunch, surgical masks, hiking boats. After trekking and debrief return to lodge. In the evening, free evening at the lodge or optional visit of visit Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund Campus a significant conservation hub located near Volcanoes National Park. Volcanoes National Park is Located in the north-western part of the country, near the borders with Uganda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the park forms part of the Virunga Mountain Ranges, with towering volcanoes like Mount Karisimbi, Mount Bisoke, and Mount Muhabura dominating the skyline. The park's terrain also features dense rainforests, crater lakes, and ancient lava flows, creating an awe-inspiring backdrop for visitors. It is international re-known for the Mountain-Gorilla Conservation and other primates.
Breakfast, transfer to Kibuye on the Shores of lake kivu in the South of Rwanda along a distance of km 150, lunch en route or at lodge. In the afternoon visit the Napoleon Island, which is one of the islands in Lake Kivu, w located on the border between the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and Rwanda in Central Africa. Napoleon Island is famous for its birdlife serving as a sanctuary for various species, including several types of birds that nest there lunch at lodge.Dinner and overnight at lodge. Breakfast, full-day transfer to Akagera National Park in the western part of Rwanda, the transfer takes approximately 6 hours lunch included enroute. Arrival and free evening dinner in the lodge.
Akagera National Park is located in the eastern part of the country along the border with Tanzania, it is the largest protected wetland in Central Africa and one of the last remaining refuges for savannah-adapted wildlife in Rwanda.
Named after the Kagera River which flows along its eastern boundary, Akagera is a diverse ecosystem that includes savannah plains, woodlands, wetlands, and a string of scenic lakes. This varied landscape supports a wide array of wildlife, including the "Big Five"—lions, elephants, buffalos, leopards, and rhinos—thanks to successful conservation and reintroduction efforts in recent years, boat safaris on Lake Ihema, birdwatching (with over 500 species recorded), and cultural experiences with the local communities.

After an early morning breakfast, we go for a morning game drive in Akagera National Park, is this an opportunity to spot elephants, buffalos, giraffe, zebras, leopards, hyenas, lions. Several antelopes including bushbucks, Topis, Oribis, water-buck, roan antelope and duiker etc, Return to lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, private evening boat. Dinner and overnight at Lodge. After an early morning breakfast and depending on Weather conditions, we go for a Hot- Air-Balloon Safari in Akagera, this offer a unique, panoramic and breath-taking perspective of Rwanda's only savannah ecosystem providing an excellent time for honeymooners. The flight usually last 45minutes to an hour and ascend an altitude of about 100m – 1000m. Optional game drive and return to lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, we go for another game drive in Akagera National Park, lunch or packed lunch is included
Note: The minimum age for participation in the Hot-Air Balloon is 6 years old.

Breakfast, and relaxing at the lodge, we return to Kigali city, lunch en route, for this day a day room use is booked in Kigali. With an airport transfer also included.
Note: The transfer from Akagera National Park to Kigali is 2 hours and the road distance is about 120 km
