BOOKING CONFIRMATION
  • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as specified by Noble Africa Safaris.
  • Clients must provide accurate personal details including names, contact information, passport details, and any special requirements (dietary restrictions, medical conditions, etc.).
  • Gorilla trekking permits are non-refundable and non-transferable. All permits must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • Late bookings (within 30 days of departure) require full payment at the time of booking.
  • Noble Africa Safaris reserves the right to cancel a tour due to insufficient bookings or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
PAYMENTS
  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 60 days before the tour start date.
  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, credit cards, and other approved methods. All bank charges or transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.
  • Failure to make payments by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES
  • Cancellations must be made in writing to Noble Africa Safaris.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are subject to the following schedule:
  • 90+ days before departure: 100% refund of the total tour cost
  • 60-89 days before departure: 80% refund of the total tour cost
  • 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund of the total tour cost
  • Less than 30 days before departure: No refund
  • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused services.
  • Special Circumstances: In the event of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient bookings), clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

FORCE MAJEURE

Noble Africa Safaris is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods), pandemics or health crises, political unrest, terrorism, government actions, severe weather conditions, or other “Acts of God.” In such cases, we will work collaboratively with clients to provide flexible solutions, such as a travel credit for future use or the option to reschedule, subject to availability. While no cash refunds will be issued for Force Majeure events, we are committed to ensuring a fair and reasonable outcome for both parties, prioritizing the safety and satisfaction of our clients while maintaining the sustainability of our operations.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We and our suppliers have the relevant insurance policies these are not necessarily applicable to individuals participating in Noble Africa Safaris experiences .We recommend that you take out the relevant and adequate insurance to cover the activities you will experience during your safari and which provides coverage against lost or damaged luggage and other benefits
